You can earn Polycoins by:

The number of Polycoins earned from purchases depends on your membership tier.

PolyCoins from eligible purchases are added to your account 14 days after your order is paid.

The number of Polycoins you earn from purchases depends on your membership tier:

• Poly Explorer ($0–$99): 1 PolyCoin per $1 spent
• Poly Builder ($100–$249): 2 PolyCoins per $1 spent
• Poly Innovator ($250–$419): 3 PolyCoins per $1 spent
• Poly Pioneer ($420+): 5 PolyCoins per $1 spent

Every 100 Polycoins equals $1 in reward value.

Your tier is based on your eligible spending on the Polymaker US Webshop during the current calendar year.

Canceled, returned, and refunded purchases do not count toward your eligible spending.

When your eligible spending reaches a higher tier, your upgrade takes effect immediately.

Your tier status is reviewed according to the program’s calendar-year qualification cycle.

The first time you reach a higher tier, you receive:

• Poly Builder: 200 PolyCoins
• Poly Innovator: 500 PolyCoins
• Poly Pioneer: 900 PolyCoins

Each upgrade reward can only be earned once. Returning to the same tier later will not generate another upgrade reward.

• 500 Polycoins: $5 off coupon
• 1,000 Polycoins: $10 off coupon
• 1,500 Polycoins: $15 off coupon
• 2,000 Polycoins: $20 off coupon
• 4,000 Polycoins: $40 off coupon

100 Polycoins = $1 in reward value.

No. When you click Redeem, the required Polycoins are deducted immediately and the reward is added to your account.

A redeemed reward cannot be canceled, exchanged, or converted back into Polycoins.

No. Only one loyalty reward can be used per order.

A loyalty reward cannot be combined with another loyalty reward.

Sign in to your account and open Rewards or Your Rewards.

You can find your redeemed but unused rewards and their coupon codes there.

Yes. Your PolyCoins will expire if there is no points activity on your account for 12 consecutive months.

Earning or redeeming PolyCoins will reset the 12-month inactivity period.

We will send reminder emails before your PolyCoins expire.

If an order is canceled, returned, or refunded:

• PolyCoins earned from that order may be removed or adjusted.
• Eligible spending used to calculate your tier may also be adjusted.

Rewards that have already been redeemed are subject to the Loyalty Program reward terms and are not automatically converted back into PolyCoins.

No. Polycoins:

• Have no cash value
• Cannot be withdrawn as cash
• Cannot be transferred between accounts
• Cannot be combined across accounts
• Cannot be sold or exchanged

Polycoins can only be used for rewards offered through the Polymaker Loyalty Program.

Yes. Existing members do not need to rejoin.

Your existing account and available Polycoins will remain valid when the new loyalty program launches.

Poly Club Member Day is an exclusive shopping event reserved for our Poly Innovator and Poly Pioneer members. On selected Member Days, eligible members can enjoy special discounts and offers not available to other members or the general public.

Your yearly spending resets to $0 on January 1, but your membership tier does not.For example, if you become Poly Pioneer in 2026, you will remain Poly Pioneer throughout 2027. Your 2027 spending will determine your tier for 2028.”

PolyCoins and VIP tier progress are calculated in USD, our store’s base currency. You’re welcome to shop and pay in any currency available on our website. If you make a purchase in another currency, your order total will be converted to its USD equivalent before your PolyCoins and eligible spending toward your VIP tier are calculated. As exchange rates may vary, the number of PolyCoins earned may differ slightly from the amount shown in your local currency.
