High-quality PLA filament that prints smoothly with excellent bed adhesion and minimal stringing. Customers praised the matte finish and unique dual-color gradient effect. However, some found the black-white color scheme overpowering or unattractive, wishing for more white or different earth tones.
Polymaker filament has always worked well for me. This one is from their PolyTerra line, so it has a percentage of minerals in it that it give it a very flat/matte color (basically no sheen). This is definitely VERY matte. I bought this looking for a unique color and it delivered. Its combination of white and black makes for a very "shadowy" appearance as you can see in one of the prints I made with this filament. I would say it is kind of a novelty color and to be honest I have only used it for a handful of prints. But I think it is good for times when you want something "between" white and black that isn't just grey. So while it will probably take me a year or two to burn through the whole kilo, I do like it a lot.
Runs very well through the machine. Adheres very well to the bed. Just not very attractive. The color scheme looks like an experiment gone wrong. Great quality filament. Not so great of a finish.

Love all things Polymaker Matte - and this gradient brown is awesome. I've printed so many Mat Mire Snakes, Lizards and Ferrets in it.If you're looking for a kind of desert sedimentary rock vibe, this would be great!Hope they do more earth tone gradients.
Printed nicely, very smooth and clean results with default PrusaSlicer PLA settings. No fuss, no muss, no stringing. The dual color effect is very pronounced and looks great.
