Support material praised for excellent adhesion and easy removal. Customers said it "works great" with PLA for complex shapes and separates cleanly. Some noted it can be stringy and won't adhere well to topside of prints, requiring slicer adjustments. Dissolves easily. Considered pricey but effective.

Great for PLA with complex shapes.

I bought this to support some PLA prints with complex shapes. This worked out very well. I havent tried it on other materials yet, so I cant speak on them...but it works great on PLA.

Pushed Through and Did Its Job

My print was a bit messy due to user settings but it pushed through and did its job.

Worked Great Stuck Well Dissolved Easily

Used it on my modified Anet A8M. Had to print it slow, at 40mm/s and temps of 225. As you can see it worked. My first test print with this stuff was on a Gyro Sphere. It worked great. It is a bit stringy, had to use an ooze shield. But dissolved fairly easily. Not sure if the dissolved material is safe for a septic system? Stuck to the plate and held on very well, had to use a scraper to get it off.

great support material

I design complex parts with small sections an always have a great results with material. Supports come off clean and easy. The remaining layer of the part is printed clean .

Great Support Material

This is the only support material I have used in the 4 years I have been printing. It works very well, and is easily removed after the prints are complete.

Great for Rafts and Supports

I've tried this stuff with PLA and PETG on a dual extruder printer. It's great for printing rafts and supports, but will not adhere well to the topside of your printed part. Therefore, you will need to set your slicer to only generate supports from the build plate. Tree supports may help here.

Works as supposed to

Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Break cleanly away. A little pricey for something you just trash but overall I'm happy to use it.

Easy To Print Good Adhesion

I depend on this and print regularly with it. It separates very well, easy to print, bed adhesion is very good.I sometime print from this material alone and it has nice color and great light reflectionThe only comparable filament is 3DFuels breakaway support. It came out recently and I have yet to try. There was no other breakaway support in the market that I know of.One reviewer wrote about about the chemical composition. The material safety sheet at the company website reads that it is a mixture of Thermoplastic polyurathane and PLA.

This Stuff Just Works Perfectly

This stuff just works. A previous post says this does not work with palette. This actually isn't the case. The issue they came across are the default settings for palette via canvas and chroma. Check your splice settings. 0-0-0 will fail. The proper setting in Canvas, Chroma, and P2PP is 6-2-8. The bond is strong enough for you to pull on.Also, rating a product low based on compatibility with a printer accessory is pretty petty. Especially when simply contacting support would have solved the issue.

PolySupport™ für PLA

€49,95 EUR
