Printing Requirements

¡Nada! Puedes imprimir mucho más rápido si tienes tu extrusor configurado de forma directa y si tiene una buena ventaja mecánica en la relación de engranajes, pero no es necesario. Simplemente imprime más despacio según la configuración de tu extrusor.

High-quality TPU filament praised for durability and flexibility. Customers said it "prints like a dream" with proper settings. Requires direct drive extruder and careful calibration. Prints slower than PLA but offers excellent layer adhesion and toughness. Some noted it needs special slicer settings and moisture control for optimal results.

Good quality TPU printed well

Good quality TPU, printed really well after a bit of adjustment. I've been printing 100% infill (well, very thick top/bottom thickness anyway) and when you cut a print in half you can't see layer lines, the material is 100% bonded and extremely durable.Biggest difficulty is under extrusion. Your extruder gears will not push the same amount of filament as a solid plastic, so you must calibrate your Esteps, or if you want to do it through a printing profile specifically for TPU, up your flow rate. On my MK3S I went from 100% flow rate to 120% to stop under extrusion.Retraction is difficult to tune, keep it low. I went from .8mm 35mm/s to .1mm 15mm/s on a direct drive setup. Probably the hardest part of getting good looking prints.Other than that, fairly simple. Print hot, print slow. After messing around with printing this stuff for 2 weeks the only thing I can't comment on is the longevity of the prints.Oh, and A+ on the cardboard spool. This hobby is wasteful enough without the plastic spools.

Filament Printed Well With Tweaks

I was skeptical that my Ender 3 (with stock bowden extruder) would be able to print with this filament but it pulled it off no problem with some slicer tweaks. I used PrusaSlicer to generate the g-code for my tires and my tweaks were: 225C print temp, 30mm/s print speed, 3 shells (thicker wall=stiffer part), retraction length: 3mm, Extra Length on Restart: 1mm, ( I turned off Ensure Vertical Shell Thickness, that speed up the prints and reduced the number of retractions improving my results a bunch) And the filament stuck wonderfully to the default textured PEI my printer came with.--CRITICAL YOU MUST CHANGE THE RETRACTION SETTINGS (see image for my settings)--Flexible filaments are prone to stringing it's just how they are, try to print only one object at a timeand clean up stingers with sharp scissorsA note on Bridging with flex filaments: IT SUCKSso if you have to do it use a ton of top shells (8+), decrease the layer height of the top with the slicer's variable layer height feature, this will give you the most chances to fully bridge, and change the bridging flow rate to 0.75.Just remember: Print Hot, Print Slow.

Works well and easy printing

This worked really well so far. It is very bendable but won't stretch very far. I'm using it on an Ender 3 Pro with a simple direct drive extruder conversion. Bed: Glass with glue stick, 60C. Nozzle: 220C. Increase flow about 5-7% vs PLA. This definitely does ooze more than PLA. Try to minimize movements over empty space. I was worried printing with flexible materials would be more difficult, but so far there's no issue.

Good Flexible Material, Easier To Print

I like this for a flexible material. I was not able to print with NinjaFlex on my machine yet (3gen MakerBot Replicator Dual clone) but I was able to print with this material. For those that aren't familiar I would say this is the half-way point between NinjaFlex and normal filament. This is flexible but more stuff than NinjaFlex. Because of that it is easier to print. I still had to modify my extruder to a more modern version with a spring and a pinch wheel and more support for the filament before it went into the hotend. There are files on Thingiverse you can use to do this yourself or you can buy the upgrade parts. I imagine a newer MakerBot would print this fine with no modifications. I gave it 4 stars because it is still tricky to print with.Below is a photo of my first print getting my modified extruder running. There is room for improvement for sure but it is working.File: 3DBenchy - The jolly 3D printing torture-testMaterial: Polymakr PolyflexExtruder Temp: 230CPrint Speed: 30 mm/secBed temp: off, blue tape

Best compromise TPU for tires

This is excellent TPU. TPU makes disappointing tires because despite being soft it is slippery. But tires made of Polyflex are less disappointing than most. Polyflex has more "tackiness" or "grippiness" than most TPUs. The only two TPUs I have found better than this for tires are CoexFlex 30D which takes 10X longer to print, and CoexFlex 60A which requires a special extruder, and even if you have the special extruder, takes about 30X longer to print. Polyflex is the best compromise. Prints faster than most ordinary non-"high speed/high flow" TPUs and end product looks better than most TPUs.

Great for durable prints

Easy to print when you have your settings right, makes very durable prints, very nice overall quality, would recommend for newbies to flexible filaments

Quality Filament Does Not Disappoint

PolyMaker has built a reputation around quality filament and this does not disappoint. Make sure you use a direct drive extruder to print it though.

Awesome flexible and durable material

I have been printing 2A recoil pads and this stuff is awesome. Nice and flexible, very durable. Layer adhesion is great. Print quality is great. Going to try MFG'ers other products now. For soft recoil pads print 3 walls, 4 top/bottom & 8% infill gyroid.

Directly supported filament no guesswork needed

This is one of those filaments that is directly supported by my hitop printer. no need to guess what parameters (table temp, extruder temp, extruder speed etc.)

Consistent Quality Excellent Pricing

I've used PolyMaker for little over a year now and have been really impressed with the consistent quality and pricing. I;ve never had adhesion problems or print quality issues, I've used several other brands and still go back to Polymaker not only because of cost but biggest reason is print quality. I use a Hemera with plated copper E3D heat block, titanium heatbreak and CHT bondtech nozzle and have to say this can keep up with my high expectations. I live in Canada and can get Prusament filament or Proto Pasta but the cost is insane and honestly cant tell any difference in quality between these brands, so diffently worth every penny buying PolyMaker. They have a huge selection and I own just about every color in PLA, PETG and PLA Pro and lately been using some PLA-CF to make printers parts and wow is it good and strong.

Flawless print excellent first experience

TPU has a mixed reputation. This material printed flawless using the suggested parameters. Adhesion was almost too strong to remove. Net: excellent first print.

Good quality TPU filament and packaging

TPU is one of the most difficult materials to print, and thats why a good quality filament is very important. All the packaging is very good quality and ensures a correct storage for the filament.

Fun Material Makes Great Tees

This is a fun material. I've been mostly printing golf tees for an indoor simulator and after a few revisions I have made some that hold up great for many rounds. Prints great on my Ender 3 pro stock... just slow down print speed to 25 or 30.

Flexible and easy to print TPU

This TPU has plenty of flex, and is easy to print. I have made over 15 prints with it, and it has not yet jammed my extruder. I am printing at 30mm/s at 220 degrees C.

Blown Away Best Filament Highly Recommend

I am just blown away with this filament. I tried ninjaflex and it kept failing no matter what I did. I switched to this filament and I will never try anything else. I highly recommend it!
