Panchroma™ Basic PLA

I have now used quite a few colors of Panchroma filament, including black, white, several greys, red, orange, green, purple, blue, pink, peach, brown, and others. After using it for both everyday 3D printing and HueForge, Panchroma has become one of my preferred filament lines.

Across the different colors, I have found the printing performance to be very consistent. It feeds and extrudes well, produces clean prints, and I haven't had to fight with the filament to get good results. I use it for functional parts, organizers, decorative projects, and detailed HueForge prints.

The color selection is another strong point. The colors are attractive and there are enough choices that I can usually find what I need without changing to another brand. I particularly appreciate that Polymaker provides useful color and transmission information for many of the Panchroma filaments. That is a big advantage when selecting colors for HueForge.

I have used enough Panchroma that some colors, especially black and white, have become regular stock in my filament collection. I recently went through an entire new spool of black much faster than I expected.

No filament is going to be perfect for every project, but Panchroma has been consistently reliable for me. Based on my experience with many different colors, I am comfortable buying another Panchroma color and expecting it to print well.

Panchroma Black has become one of my most-used filaments. I use it for regular 3D printing as well as HueForge, and I have been very pleased with the results.

For everyday printing, it prints cleanly and consistently and produces a deep, attractive black. I have used it for both functional and decorative projects with good results. It is easy to print and has been very dependable.

It is especially useful for HueForge. I measured my spool at a very low TD of 0.1, so it becomes opaque very quickly. That makes it excellent for establishing the darkest areas of an image and preventing lighter colors from showing through where I want a true black.

I use enough of this filament that I recently went through an entire spool much faster than I expected. Black is a basic color that I always want available, and Panchroma Black has earned a permanent place in my filament collection.

I have used Panchroma White for both regular 3D printing and HueForge, and it has become one of my standard filaments.

For normal printing, it prints cleanly and consistently and produces a nice, bright white finish. I have had no unusual problems with feeding, extrusion, or print quality. It is a good general-purpose white that I am comfortable using for functional parts as well as decorative prints.

It has also worked very well for HueForge. I measured my spool at a TD of 3.1, which allows the lighter tones to build gradually and gives good control over highlights and transitions.

Overall, Panchroma White is simply a dependable filament. It prints well, looks good, and is useful for everything from ordinary projects to HueForge. White is one of those colors I use regularly, and this is one I will continue to keep on hand.

This is quite literally the perfect classic orange shade. It prints well, looks vibrant, and is exactly the shade I was hoping for. It matches the classic Gatorade containers just like I was hoping for. I am excited to use this color in the fall for all the Halloween things!

I have printed many projects with panchroma basic PLA, in fact, I preferred it over bambu brand. It sticks to the print bed much better and I appreciate the cardboard spools over the plastic ones.

This is my favorite teal PLA! I have been using this to add color to my office desk organizers. I have never had any issues with it at all despite being totally new to 3D printing. Added bonus- the cardboard spools make great cat toys once empty!

This filament always prints like silk. Never have issues. The POW/IMA Lightbox came out great with the White and Black filament.

I make and sell 3d printed bookmarks, so I pride myself on a pretty extensive collection of colors to choose from. One color I've always struggled with is a good beige, it's always either too pink or too grey. I picked up some Panchroma Beige and it is a great shade! Exactly what I needed.

One of my favorite filaments. Prints very easily and cleanly and is a very bright color.
