High-performance nylon filament praised for exceptional strength and durability. Customers said it "prints perfect" and produces "clean, durable and reliable" parts. Requires proper equipment and settings calibration, with recommendations to dry 24hrs at 70°C and print at 290-300°C. Valued for heat and impact resistance in demanding applications. Price noted as premium but justified by quality.

Parfait,
Un échange avec le service expérience m’a amené à acheter le PA6-CF pour la fabrication de mes nouveaux projets, les test de résistance sont encore en cours mais les attentes sont respectées.
Simplement parfait
Takes a while to get dialed in (look up 300BLK FDE settings), then it's perfection.
We use Fiberon PAS-CF20 for some of our heaviest used components, and the parts come out clean, durable and reliable every time. Highly recommend it!
Polymaker processed our order correctly and promptly. We appreciate their quality service.
Well packed, quick shipping, quality product resulting in quality functional prints. It's not cheap, but when it comes to printing parts you rely on,you gget what you pay for.
Used for printing a new toolhead cover for my printer to get better part cooling. Printed super clean with bridging being decent. First bridge layer sagged but the rest held up very well. Printed on a K1 Max with a hardened steel unicorn nozzle at 60mm/s with nozzle at 290c and bed at 40c. The filament is pretty stiff and a bit brittle so definitely try to avoid bends on the way to the nozzle. Straight from the packagin I put it in a dryer at 70c and printed straight away so I'm sure I could get even better results if I dried it for longer.
Prints perfect
My nylon of choice. Always consistent. Easy to use, with the right equipment that is. I'd print everything in it if I could afford to.
Priced right and prints good once you get your settings dialed in.
Models came out great
Good stuff!
Great!!!! The absolute best you can get for the price
Printed great straight out of the packaging. No drying needed.
Prints so good, The finish is really clean even though I usually have issues with my printer. It's open chamber too, but after annealing it's way more durable and heat resistant than my painted pla+ stuff
I use this for 2A parts where I need high heat and impact resistance. Works great for the application. Prints without any issues on a regular Bambu A1 without an enclosure. The key is to dry it for at least 24 hrs at 70 C and print it at 300 C. You wont be dissapointed.
Love Polymaker products and shipped to my door within 24 hrs
I use fiberon PA6-CF20 to print premium products for my customers. Decently stiff and extremely tough. This brand is also the most reliable in my experience. Good customer service too.
Title says it all. Prints amazingly well and this stuff is amazing. I don't think I have ever printed something that came out as tough as this before!
This filament is very strong and tough. It is fairly difficult to print but is absolutely worth it. I strongly recommend it.
Made the switch away from Siraya Techs ppa-cf which warped every time during annealing and was brittle. This pa6-cf is unmatched by any nylon I have ever used no warping if you keep bed temp low. Zero warping during annealing. Very strong and impact resistant so far. Nothing but good things here.
Great stuff from polymaker as always. This is my go to filament for nylon with no issues. I normally print this from an Ender 3V3 KE, harden steel nozzle or bimetal, 293 nozzle temp with a 55 degree bed temp on a raft. Thanks again polymaker for a great product.
Best filament for automotive and 2A Use
What filament manufacturer and type should I put in for the filament settings
