Glow-in-the-dark PLA filament praised for excellent print quality and vibrant glow effect. Customers said it "glows beautifully" and "prints easily." Note: requires hardened steel nozzle as material is abrasive to brass. Some translucency visible. Minor compatibility issues with certain AMS systems reported.

Bought this to make some glow disc golf markers. Turned out amazing.
Very easy to print and glow is very prominent (especially if you use a UV light to charge the glow). Only thing I would "knock" against it is that it is a bit translucent (had some black filament on a multiple color print that you could faintly see underneath one section)1 but it would impossible to not be since that's the nature of glow-in-the-dark plastic anyways.
I bought Polymaker Glow in The Dark PLA Filament 1.75mm (1kg Green) to add to my collection of "special" filaments now that I've switched over to 1.75mm from 2.85mm. I was able to use my standard PLA settings without any issues, and have had good prints with the Polymaker. I do have a couple observations, though, and they kind of go hand-in-hand. The filament is translucent, so it's pretty easy to see internal infill structures if you don't adjust your wall thickness. The other thing is that the glowing effect only applies to the plastic. While that's pretty obvious, it's worth noting that having low infill percentages will affect the amount of glow that you get out of your parts. I haven't found it to be particularly bright or long lasting, but I still like the product. At $28 per 1kg, this Polymaker filament isn't cheap, but it's still reasonable for a specialty material. Absolutely love the smooth print
Glows really well and printed easily. No complaints
Awesome. Glows brights and prints on my kobra using the ace pro
Looks like superb quality...I have not been able to print with it as I need a hardened steel nozzle to avoid any future issues with the regular nozzle...when i get my new printer I will purchase a set of hardened nozzles yo swap out one of the tool heads for running this fillament😍
Nice, cool blue glow
This filament has a great glow. It lasts overnight even.
Works great in my creality cfs fast shipping
Works great love the colors fast shipping
I have used this in multiple ways, each time it comes out lovely. Will definitely buy again
I bought this filament because the Sunlu one I bought was absolute trash and I NEEDED a green glow in the dark filament. This filament not only looks great, it glows beautifully and most importantly it does not clog my nozzle like the Sunlu did. I will definitely buy more from Polymaker.
Honestly the best Fillament that I have printed with, yes it was a little rough going through the Boden tube, but as for Performance, it printed better then any other filament I've an through my K1 max. Will most definitely be ordering more from this company. Hope the other colors print as fabulous. The bed adhesion is amazing, easy break off, the Brim was an easy peel, as for the Value for money, I'd say maybe a little high, but also printed flawless. I'd like to see ir in the mid $20 range. Never had a single issue with clogging, the color came out as it looks on the spool, I don't think it changed at all.
This filament has lasted me forever and glows for many many hours. My only issue with it is that it gets brittle a little faster than most filaments (still 4 months out of it) and that I don't seem to have enough projects requiring glowing filament.
glows very well, especially for parts regularly exposed to sunlight. Prints cooler than most of my other filaments, but make sure to use a hardened steel nozzle because this will wear out bronze very quickly. Prints glow most strongly within 10-20 minutes of exposure and continue faintly for a few hours. Prints have kept their glowing property with months of charge cycles.
Prints well, really like the colors. One thing to note is that it doesn't play the best with Bambus AMS system. Not to bad, but some occasional issues.
Seems to print nicely, is UV reactive, and glows in the dark. The only problem I had was that it did not want to stick to an Ender 3 stock bed at all... I swapped it over to a glass bed, and it works a lot better. never tried PEI.
I love this filament. It prints really well. No tangling so I don't need to sit and babysit it, and the colour change is very impressive! If you bring it out into bright sunlight, the orange is very vibrant. You need bright sunlight for the best change, but it started to change even when cloudy.I would most definitely buy this one again.
Highly recommend getting a hotend designed for abrasive materials if you buy this, since it will eat away at brass and copper pretty quickly
I got the purple to pink to translucent temperature color changing filament and this stuff is the best quality printing I've seen so far on my Bambu Labs P1P. It leaves basically a smooth surface, no layer ridging, and I haven't seen any defects so far with suggested filament settings. I've only tried a generic no name brand, Bambu Labs brand, and Polymaker filament, and the Polymaker is by far the best and I don't think I really need to look for anything better. Before this filament, I thought it was just settings that was giving me low quality prints with the no name brand, now I know the filament quality makes a huge difference. The temperature color changing of this filament is fantastic. Even the lightest touch will cause the color to change, which makes it perfect for projects that will be handled a lot. To test this filament, I used it with the Bambu Labs Scraper print and it works great.
