This TPU95 filament delivers excellent print quality with minimal stringing. Customers said it "prints like a dream" and praised its flexibility, strength, and impact resistance. Popular for industrial applications, gaskets, and functional parts. Most noted easy feeding and consistency. Requires drying before use and absorbs moisture quickly when exposed to air.

Polymaker’s PolyFlex TPU95 worked perfectly for the door jammers I printed. I did dry it first as it has just become practice but I am not than happy with the product and outcome of the print!
Thank you PolyMaker 👍
Used this TPU for the cushions on a small wheelchair. Turned out spectacular
I have not yet started to print with my PolyFlex TPU95 White . I am part way through my spool of PolyFlex TPU95 Blue and it has been a pleasure to print with on my Prusa XL. My most recent project with it was: https://www.printables.com/model/1588576-valentines-day-card-heart-love-ahava-love-ahbh Where I printed a hinge inside a PETG Valentine’s Day card for my wife. The fillament worked great in my Toolchanger. I had to make NO adjustments (other than the slicer settings of course to the correct filament type) in order to feed and print with this Fillament. Since mixing it with the PETG worked well I cant wait to do a multicolor TPU project useing PolyFlex Yellow/Blue/White/Orange all in the same print.
Good filament, dryer works very well and doesn’t make a whole lot of noise
Great customer support and very fast shipping! Kudos to Polymaker 👏
With a few simple adjustments, suggested via a quick web search, I have been able to print several designs with no issues. The finished pieces have the flexibility I was hoping for.
Using my 3D printer, made gaskets for an old Coleman 2 gallon water jug cooler. The old gaskets were damaged and leaking. These new gaskets made the cooler usable again.
the plastic worked very well. bed adhesion was very good. almost too good. maybe a good idea to use something on the bed to act as a release. (glue stick, hair spray, tape...)
Exactly the right texture and color to make Irwin clamp pads a little thicker and BETTER than factory. STL files on Thingverse
Prints nice, minimal stringing. The hardness is just right and feeds through my printer without the ususal clog up.
A very good color and material
Prints beautifully, high flex, and strength.
Using this as a buffer between ASA CF-08 and PLA.
1/8" thick 95% infill, and it is made to dampen impacts from 5-50lbs custom CAT50 tool holders.
The TPU is very good and does not string at all. Very impact resistant and good for FRC applications. Highly reccomend.
Fantastic print quality on a stock p2s!
Excellent color and material.
I love Polymaker filament. I have never had any issues with it, and it prints really nice.
Printed two different items and both printed relatively well.
Must dry before and print slow!
I'm a 3D printing novice, and have felt intimated by TPU. I bought this to try it out. I downloaded the Polymaker print profile for my printer/slicer, and wow! I've just completed my 7th print with no issues or drama. I'm really pleased and will definitely be back to Polymaker for future TPU purchases.
By far my favorite brand of filament
Good stuff
My favorite
Polymaker has great filament across the board and this TPU is no exception. I needed some TPU and wanted something in a fun color for my 3D printed Deathracer I was building for Rocky Mountain RepRap fest and this fit the bill. It printed great and required minimal print tuning.
It should be a 1 kg spool, but was really good quality TPU which we used to make a pattern on a costume. Just ran out and had to change the design a little bit because we only had 750g
I tested this at 200mm/sec with 18mm/3 max flow rate on my K1MAX with microswiss flowtech cht .4mm nozzle. Zero issues! .8mm solid walls flex but don't stretch. Not sure if 95 tpu can stretch or not. First time buying flexible.
Great filament! I'd really like to see Polymaker submit well tuned filament profiles for all the Prusa machines to Prusa Slicer.
