Customers praised this metallic PLA Pro for "clean prints," excellent quality, and strong layer adhesion. Many noted it's "tough stuff" with great dimensional accuracy. However, some found color accuracy inconsistent—gold described as "mustard" or "yellow-orange," and bronze as "brownish." A few reported tuning challenges and occasional clogging with metallic particles on .4 nozzles.

Perfecly fine PLA filament, but this isn't remotely "Gold". My opinion is it's Mustard color.

This was my first roll of Metallic PLA Pro, but I imagine it's just the first of many! The color, Sparkle Green, is consistent, and the sparkles vibrant. It prints really well with my Q2C. It's also tough. I suggest that PolyLite have a "sample roll" with a bit of filament of EACH color. I might buy more, faster.

I used it to build a 3 piece floor stand for my new desktop. The results were excellent.
Was worried about using this filament at first, but after getting started with the print it went great. Printed a castle for my wife and it came out great. Will definitely be making more purchases of this and other colors of filament in this line.
The "metallic" is only visible in very specific lighting conditions, and is only glitter in the filament. I was looking for a more uniformly gold filament and am very disappointed.
As usual, Polymaker filament quality is good overall. The gold metallic is more of a yellow-orange color than I would have liked, and I did have a feed issue due to the "metallic" filament particles collecting on the gears. Overall, I'd buy the other colors, probably not the gold one.
I read on Reddit that this filament was essentially the same thing as the gold sparkle from the recent Bambu Christmas pack that's no longer available. To be clear, this is 100% not a replacement for the Bambu gold sparkle. The gold in this Polymaker filament is darker and duller than the Bambu gold and had almost no sparkle. So if you're looking for a replacement for the Bambu gold, this isn't it. In the picture, the bottom is the Bambu and top is the Polymaker.With that said, as a good filament, this is extremely good. It prints super clean and the spool wrapping is very nice and doesn't tangle even though it looks terrible.

Great filament and customer service
This is one of a few colors of the Metallic PLA Pro that I purchased and it prints beautifully with a nice clean smooth shiny finish. Like all the filaments from Polymaker, it is a super-high quality product!

Polylite PLA pro is tough stuff! It prints so nicely. 1st layers are a dream. I tend to babysit 1st layers but have become so confident with Polymaker filaments that I am avoiding that a bit now. This PLA Pro is very solid once it's cooled off. Holds it's shape very well and has great dimensional accuracy too with no shrinking!! Colors look great too! Definitely on my favorites list!
LM Sparkle Green is a simple yet gorgeous color. Of course PLA PRO prints beautifully.
