PolyLite™ PLA-CF: Carbon Fiber Reinforced Strength and Precision
Premium Carbon Fiber Reinforcement
PolyLite™ PLA-CF is a high-performance PLA filament infused with 8% chopped carbon fiber by weight. This advanced formulation delivers exceptional rigidity and strength, making it ideal for demanding engineering projects and functional prototypes.
Outstanding Surface Finish and Dimensional Accuracy
Thanks to the carbon fiber content, prints exhibit a beautiful matte black finish with virtually invisible layer lines. The filament’s low shrinkage ensures excellent dimensional stability, resulting in parts that are both precise and visually impressive.
Easy Printing with Professional Results
PolyLite™ PLA-CF can be printed using standard PLA settings, making it accessible for a wide range of users. For best results and to prevent nozzle wear due to abrasiveness, a hardened nozzle is strongly recommended.
Ideal for Advanced Applications Choose PolyLite™ PLA-CF when your project demands high rigidity, ease of printing, and a professional appearance—perfect for both advanced hobbyists and professional engineers.

Technical Specifications
Everything you need before you hit print
- Use a hardened nozzle because the filled or particle-containing formulation can wear brass nozzles.
- Start within the recommended 190 - 230°C nozzle and 25 - 60°C bed ranges, then make small adjustments for the printer and model.
- Use the recommended ON cooling-fan setting and keep printing speed within 50 - 300 mm/s.
- Run a small test print before a long job and adjust only within the published printing window.
