ASA-CF08 has an HDT of up to 103 °C @0.45 MPa, making it perfect for enclosures, fixtures, and components exposed to direct sunlight or extreme heat without deformation.
Excellent Surface Finish
With 6 color options available and a high quality matte finish that hides layer lines, ASA-CF08 is ideal for applications where aesthetics matter as much as function.

- Use a wear-resistant nozzle, such as hardened steel or ruby, because the carbon-fiber reinforcement is abrasive.
- Store and print under dry conditions (relative humidity below 20%); dry at 90°C for 6 hours before use.
- Use an enclosed printer in a well-ventilated area with suitable filtration to reduce exposure to odor and VOCs. Keep the cooling fan OFF.
- Let the part cool naturally before removing it from the build plate.
- Because the filament is brittle, keep its bending diameter greater than 60 mm during feeding.
