Max Performance ABS
Polymaker™ ABS Max is the highest-performance ABS in the Polymaker lineup, engineered for advanced users and demanding applications that exceed the capabilities of conventional consumer-grade ABS and ASA materials.
Speed Without Compromise
Designed for print speeds up to 200 mm/s, ABS Max delivers exceptional performance without sacrificing reliability or print quality. Optimized for actively heated build environments, it enables high-throughput production with consistent results.
Maximum Heat Resistance
With a Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT) of 113.1°C at 1.8 MPa and 118.1 at 0.45MPa, ABS Max offers the highest heat resistance in the Polymaker ABS range. It is ideally suited for automotive components, industrial fixtures, and other applications exposed to elevated operating temperatures.
Engineered for Performance
ABS Max combines high strength, stiffness, and impact resistance for parts that must perform under real mechanical and thermal stress. With a tensile strength of 35.66 MPa, flexural strength of 63.29 MPa, and unnotched impact strength of 29.37 kJ/m², ABS Max is engineered to deliver reliable structural performance, durability, and toughness.
Improved Creep Resistance
Best-in-class creep resistance helps maintain dimensional accuracy and structural integrity under prolonged load and heat exposure, ensuring reliable long-term performance in demanding environments.
6 Bold Color Options
Available in 6 standard colors, ABS Max is designed for engineers, manufacturers, and advanced users who prioritize performance, durability, and reliability above all else.
Note: TDS will be added shortly after launch date.
