PolyLite™ ABS: Low-Odor, Heat Resistant, and High Performance
Advanced ABS Resin for Better Printing
PolyLite™ ABS is formulated with a specialty bulk-polymerized ABS resin, featuring significantly lower volatile content than traditional ABS. This results in a cleaner, safer printing experience with minimal odor, making it more pleasant to use in any workspace.
Excellent Heat Resistance and Mechanical Strength
This filament is engineered for projects that demand both robust mechanical properties and reliable heat resistance. PolyLite™ ABS maintains its strength and shape even in challenging environments, making it suitable for functional parts, enclosures, and prototypes.
Smooth Printing with Enclosed Printers
For optimal results, print PolyLite™ ABS on an enclosed 3D printer. This helps ensure consistent temperature control and minimizes warping, allowing you to produce stunning, high-quality parts with ease.
Ideal for Functional and Heat-Resistant Parts
Choose PolyLite™ ABS for any project where you need excellent mechanical performance, heat resistance, and a low-odor printing experience.

Technical Specifications
Everything you need before you hit print
- Use an enclosure, avoid drafts, and maintain the recommended bed temperature to reduce warping and layer separation.
- Use a suitable adhesive as a release layer and let the build plate cool before removing the part.
- Print with an enclosure and good ventilation; keep the cooling fan off to improve layer adhesion.
- Start within the recommended 245 - 265°C nozzle and 90 - 100°C bed ranges, then make small adjustments for the printer and model.
- Use the recommended OFF cooling-fan setting and keep printing speed within 50 - 200 mm/s.
