Technical Specifications
Everything you need before you hit print
- Use a high-temperature hotend capable of 310-350°C and a wear-resistant nozzle, such as hardened steel or ruby, because the reinforcement is abrasive.
- Keep the filament path free of sharp bends or tight turns because the filament may snap.
- Store and print under dry conditions (relative humidity below 20%); dry at 100°C for 10 hours if the filament is damp or surface moisture is present.
- Keep the cooling fan OFF and the chamber at room temperature. Reduce print speed within the recommended range of up to 250 mm/s for better print quality
- Anneal at 130°C for 10 hours when the annealed mechanical and thermal performance stated in the TDS is required.
- PolySupport for PA12 is the support material recommended for Fiberon PPS-GF20.
